She's so intoxicating. I wish she would speak as loudly and clearly also in German to spread her energy to our country as well. I miss someone as infectious as her in our media.

I cut out grains, sugar and vegetable oils along with artificial sweetners three months ago. My A1c has dropped from 9.4 to 6.3, triglycerides have normalized and I have dropped 10 lbs.
Excellent Information that most doctors Ive been to have never spoke about. I am trying to better control my type 2 conditon I have had for a while and all I get from my doctor is more Pills. I like to get rid or at least reduce the number of pills. It would be helpful to me to get specific receipes for a LCHF diet that is proposed by Dr. Sarah Hallberg.
Dr Hallberg is very inspiring. Lchf life style is working well for me. My A1C is 5.5 without medication and finally after 7mo my fasting bs is in the low 90's. A cronic pain condition is gone after suffering for 7 years with no relief. A lovely bonus is that my weight is down 40 lbs and I am easily continuing this eating style. I am looking forward to continuing on this journey. Dr Hallberg and others are have been instrumental in my success and I am most grateful.
I already lost 65 pounds with LCHF in the last year and got my blood sugar under 6 most of the time, I'm on my way to be healthy, i never starve myself and i love that way of eating !! Thanks, Thanks a lot for that way of eating :)
