Tried to get in as a new patient, 5 WEEK WAIT! And it isn't because they are so good they have a bunch of people trying to get in. How would anyone know if they are good since I takes long to get a-hold of anyone there! First of all, when you call in it goes right to an answering machine/information-on-hold message that plays over and over. You are normally on hold for 5 to 10(+ plus) minutes before a live person will answer. Dr. Russell is the best. Smart, caring, with a very good sense of humor. She takes the time to listen, and I appreciate her honesty. Great clinic doctors are hard to find, and I've been fortunate to find two at NHC.
I have been trying to schedule a physical for my daughter since June and every time I have talked with the appointment desk, front desk, and supervisors I have been placed on hold every time with delay and NO Results!!! ! I have been told there has been no open appointment and I would have to keep calling in to see if an opening becomes available.
