Dr. Chexal is the third ophthalmologist I have been to and I am very happy I finally found someone I am comfortable with. She is professional, friendly, calm and respectful. She has a great bedside manner, a gentle touch, and makes sure all your questions are answered. Her staff are also excellent--courteous, skilled and patient. They make eye-dilation and eye pressure measurement, which can be stressful for some, a breeze.
Dr Chexal is a very caring physician. She strives to make our visit pain free and explains what she is doing and the course of treatment.
Dr. is very nice and easy to talk to. However I'm not sure some doctors realized that the office staff is not that helpful. Several times we have asked for a referral, information, or most recently for clarification on a possible error on a diagnosis report, and there is never a follow-up or reply. We always have to call back or remind them. This is very frustrating. Because of this we feel have to look elsewhere.
Dr. Chexal is a compassionate doctor who is highly skilled. She takes the time to explain medical information and listen to my concerns. The entire staff is friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Chexal and her staff.
