Dr. Waterman was straightforward and easy to understand. However, her delivery was sometimes blunt and off-putting. She also seemed rushed and was a bit rude in how she ended the appointment. She did not listen as carefully as I would have liked.
Dr. Waterman is awesome. I never feel rushed when I have an appointment with her, and she always listens to what I have to say.
She is very nice and happy to see me as a new patient.
Things are good.
Dr waterman is popular, and it takes two or three months to get an appointment with her. That's fine with checkups but I'll often end up with another doctor if I have an immediate need. That's okay, but not ideal, but she's terrific so I'm sticking with her.

Dr Waterman is a treasure- so helpful, always current, takes time to understand me and answer my questions. My family has trusted her with our health for the last 20 years, and we are so grateful that she is still here doing the hard thankless work of primary care. I hope you appreciate her as much as she deserves.
I was able to get in and see a provider quickly. She was knowledgeable and helpful and got me scheduled to my regular provider the next day.
