She is wonderful, really listens!!
I experienced an incident involving harassment by Sara Waterman regarding parking in the Pacific Medical Center parking garage. While exiting the garage behind the individual and others, I was subjected to unwarranted scrutiny and harassment regarding my use of the parking facilities. It is notable that despite the presence of other individuals exiting the garage who were not affiliated with the Pacific Medical Center, I was singled out for such treatment, which I perceive as discriminatory given my identity as a Black woman... read more
I've been seeing Dr. Waterman for close to 10 years, and I have always been happy with the care she provides. She is courteous, knowledgeable and a good listener. I have never had any issues with her support staff or the administrative staff at Pac Med.
Dr. Waterman was caring, thorough, and knowledgeable. This was an urgent, same-day appointment and she still took the necessary time to address the problem in a very efficient manner. I would gladly see her again if my regular MD isn't available.

Length it time to check schedule over the phone sometimes take too long but over all , service is very good.
Dr. Waterman seems to be very astute and makes good practical observations.
It was my first time to see Dr Waterman after my previous doctor retired. She tried to get to know me and my medical history and was responsive to my concerns during my visit. She'll be my primary doctor going forward.
