I LOVE PacMed Beacon Hill! Everyone is so nice and I do appreciate the many staff that are POC (People of color) since I am one myself. But the #1 reason is Dr Sarah Waterman: she is the BEST! I've always had a fear of doctor visits, but with her, I found a warm, reassuring & supportive, knowledgeable professional who always builds my confidence, conveys so much knowledge & has increased my confidence in myself & dr visits due to all the positive feedback she gives me. Please let her know what a great job she's doing!
