I have been a frequent flyer for many years with Dr. Bologna. He has done many EDG's procedures on me. Dr. Bologna has always been able to get me in as soon as I need it. Dr. Bologna and his staff have always been efficient and knowledgeable with my condition. I have always had colonoscopy with Dr. Bologna .. I live in West Branch now but still make the trip for his service...
I have had several GI procedures under the care of Dr Bologna. He and his team have always been excellent. They treat you with caring and respect. Dr Bologna is an excellent Doctor. I would recommend him and his team to everyone needing any GI care
Absolutely LOVE this man! Very caring and thorough.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Bologna. During a phone call, the doctor spoke in an unprofessional and rude manner, which made me feel disrespected and unheard. As a patient, I expect clear communication, empathy, and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Healthcare should be about trust and care, and this interaction left me questioning both. I hope this feedback encourages better patient communication in the future.
