Dr. Kodoth frequently spoke down to me and interrupted me during our appointment. She would smirk when I would explain the issues I was having. I did not feel heard or respected as a patient. The woman who does billing is just as rude and condescending. Doctors like this should not be practicing medicine. I sought care from Dr. Kodoth during a very difficult time in my life, both medically and personally. Unfortunately, I left the experience feeling dismissed and unsupported. Despite having ongoing, worsening symptoms, necessary diagnostic tests were not pursued, and I was discharged from care after sharing that I was experiencing housing instability.Some of the symptoms I described were later diagnosed by other providers as serious and life-limiting.
