Horrible experience, waited 3 hours, total appointment almost 4 hours - REALLY!! I called ahead to make sure she was running on time since the last time I saw her a few years ago I waited 2 hours and they said Yes. I left a dental appointment early to make sure I was on time for her appointment then waited 3 hours and they kept taking people in that came in after me. Dr. Raynor God bless her. She has what we all want in a Doctor. Compassion, Caring and as intelligent as any Doctor of Podiatry. 33 yrs of doing what she loves, seeing a smile on her patients who she has treated. She has in-house X-Ray, ultrasound. She listens to your thoughts and includes them in her assessment.
My 86 year old precious mother had the worst condition in her feet making her mobility a great challenge. Dr Raynor excells in excellence in every facet associated with patient care! She skillfully & patiently worked on Mom’s feet, she communicated the entire time. She worked on callouses, ingrown toenails & other issues all in one visit! We left smiling! Mom was overcome almost to tears! She said “I didn’t know my feet could feel this good!” We’ve had several visits- all excellent!
Dr. Rsynor and Staff are very proffesional and no doubt in my mind that she is a good doctor. Unfortunately, I am not sure I wiil be back due to the long wait. This has happened in previous apointments. Today, my appointment was at 3:30 and it is 4:26 and no doctor. Almost one jour after the scheduled time.
Dr Raynor and staff are excellent. Had surgery very little scarring. The only negative thing I have is the wait time. In past I've waited an hour to get in room then about the same to see her. Today I got room on scheduled appntmnt time but now it's been 50 minutes and no dr.

I went in to see Dr. Raynor for a left ankle sprain and she took care of me. She was extremely thorough with the consultation and explained the injury in great detail. I had xrays to check for any bone fractures and she used an ultrasound to check for any torn/injured tendons and ligaments. She had me try several braces and a boot to see which device worked best for me. I went with the a stablizing brace and was back to hiking and my very active lifestyle in no time. The staff is awesome!

Dr. Raynor and her team were very flexible and professional. I love my new insoles custom for my planter fasciitis. I am a old cheerleader, marathon runner, tennis player and yogi. I was having consistent foot and ankle pain in my mid-thirties. My doctor recommended I see a podiatrist. I was referred to Podiatry Associates of Indiana, Foot and Ankle Institute. I was seen immediately (between Christmas and New Years!). I had my custom made orthotics 5 business days later. I am a new 39 year old!
