Brookwood was extremely supportive. Dr. Tincher held my hand at one point. The radiation department goes fast and They are supper.
Doctor Tincher provided a positive experience for me during my initial visit. I appreciate the kind and caring way in which she approached the visit. A diagnosis of cancer can be overwhelming. However, she provided me with reassurance about the situation. She took time to offer information to me and was very patient in answering my questions. She addressed my concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
So appreciate the competency and compassionate care of Jennifer, Marshon, Michelle, Walter and Laura. From Ashley at the desk, to Rose on the phone, all are exceptional. You won't be waiting long, as they run a tight schedule. Dr. Tincher listens to you. Kudos to her and her fine staff.
