Love the PA Chris, very happy with the care! Just wish the practice administration was patient centric. Not talking about staff, they are great. Plan on always getting a recorded Voice Mail system, leaving a message, and hoping your request is handled. If you're not available when they return a call. Repeat. Makes me feel like cattle being herded through.

Great doctor, horrible nurse. She doesn't call back after many attempts and is very rude when you finally get a hold of her. It's going on almost 3 weeks of calling and leaving messages for the information I need. It's too bad as I like the doctor but since you have to deal with such an inefficient staff it's not worth going. Plenty of other good doctors out there and not worth the hassle to put up with this behavior.
Excellent physician. Always courteous genuinely is concerned about improving your Health. I have been a patient for approximately 4 years.
I love going there. Do not rush and take the time with me . I see his PA and he’s great also. I highly recommend them.

Terrible!! The young girl at the front desk should not be dealing with the public. Zero customer service skills and a condescending attitude!! I went in today with a fever and was informed that they could not see me until the next day. They only work by appointment. Apparently, they are fine with their patients suffering another day or two so that they can close at 4 PM. Last time I called when sick, they could not see me for three days!! 5-Star. Dr, McKee has been my primary doctor for seven years. Every experience I've ever had in his office has been pleasant, professional, and I always manage to learn something new about my health and the conditions I deal with from him. I highly recommend Dr. McKee if you're looking for a fantastic Primary Care or Family Care physician.
