Dr Alpert is definitely much more concerned with his residents than his care of patients. A smart ass resident was very unprofessional by yelling at me about the time of my appointment. I let her know she was wrong by 1/2 an hour. When she realized she was wrong she went running to Dr Alpert asking him to see me next. The Dr. came into the room, stuck 2 bright lights into my eyes and stated the pressure in each eye and that I also had a defect in my right eye. He then got up and walked out if the room. "Dr." Samuel Alpert's level of contempt for patient health, questions, and concerns is appalling. That he is arrogant while still in-rank as an Associate MD makes it even worse. "Dr." Alpert did not deliver what we came for. My 96-year old mother was there for a definitive diagnosis of whether a skin infection had spread to her eye.
