In 2015, I used the services of Dr. Giday for a colonoscopy. I ran into some abdominal difficulties in November 2016 and called Dr. Giday. He scheduled tests, however after having to personally call his office for results a number of times with no call back, I had to show up at the office as a walk-in patient. Dr. Giday has a cavalier attitude and doesn't seem to care about his patients. His office only seems interested in high volume procedures. If you get ill, don't call his office.

He was extremely thorough and thoughtful. I would highly recommend him to any patient with a complex medical gastrointestinal problem.

I had heard Dr Giday was a great Doctor. But I went there over a month ago and I felt like no one cared to help me and just wanted my money. Dr Giday spent nearly no time with me after I had waited to see him. Once I finally did talk with him it was for less than five minutes and he sent me out the door to take tests at another facility. I took those tests immediately after leaving his office at Labcorp and Dr Gidays office has never returned any of my calls or messages about a follow up.
