I been seeing Dr Giday around five years now.Yesterday I had an EGD and Colonoscopy, everything went smoothly. Dr Giday is caring and compassionate. All staff were wonderful, acknowledged and caring. I could not be more pleased. Dr. Giday knew everything about my case, my test results and was knowledgeable about my condition. He answered all my questions and was quite educated in his field. His office personnel treated me with kindness and were very efficient. My appointment took less than 30 minutes.

I've been seeing Dr. Giday for many years, and he's a capable physician, when you can get to see him. I've been very sick for almost two months and recently spent a full day in the emergency room. The people at the Center for Digestive Health could care less, and I've been trying to get an appointment on line (no response) and through a number telephone calls. All they care about down there is booking more patients and providing as little care as possible. They're simply too busy to bother with me.
Dr Giday has a great bedside manner, but his staff is awful! I had 3 bills totaling $1,000 bill from a colonoscopy. I made monthly payments on all 3 bills until 1 month, right after I made my pymts I got a letter from a collections place. I called them & spoke to Kat explaining I just made payment to Dr. Giday. I was told not to worry they would get it straightened out & it wouldn't hit my credit since I made a payment.
