Dr. Kasim is very efficient and thorough. Listens , recommends but leaves the decision up toThe patient . Empathetic too. Liked her a lot .
Dr. Kasim exemplifies professionalism and intelligence in the field of orthopedics. She is patient, kind, understanding and recognizes the importance of rapport building.
The entire staff is terrific. It’s a very warm and welcoming environment. Makes going to the doctor a treat. My appointment was for 11:00. They took me a little early, showed me to a room, asked the usual update questions. Then I had multiple x-rays, was shown back to my room. The doctor was there within two minutes, having looked at the x-rays. She checked me out, I set up the next appointment and was out by 11:19! Talk about efficient!
Scheduling was the best it has ever been. Was seen on time by her PA to handle the computer pre-work. Dr. Kasim walked in within 2 minutes of her PA finishing. She was professional, got right to business, spoke directly to me with great eye contact, did her evaluation, asked all her questions and answered all mine. Quite possibly the most efficient and best scenario imaginable at a Doctors office.

I was “warned” that she was awesome. I didn’t heed those (multiple) warnings. So I was subjected to said awesomeness. Glad I didn’t listen. I feel very comfortable in her capable hands.
Wait time minimal -both in the waiting room and then back in exam room - treatment was done and i was out the door and in my way
