Dr Kasim was quick and accurate and the entire process (including xray) lasted under an hour from arrival.
In reviewing my two replacements I continue to be impressed with here surgical skill resulting in a wide range of shoulder movement. Her 'bedside manner' (actually appointment manner) is excellent and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Seamless from being diagnosed to having the surgery to being released and into physical therapy.
After I broke my shoulder, we had to decide whether to have surgery. The considerations were many, and Dr. Kasim guided us through all of the choices and the probable consequences of each choice, with thoroughness, entirely unhurried although it was late in the day. Impressively, she did not advocate for any of the choices (even though she is a surgeon), wanting the decision to be ours, and assured us she would support whatever decision we made. The doctor was warm, friendly and respectful. She answered the questions I had. The office was organized and the wait to be seen was reasonable, not at all excessive.
