Great doctor who provided viable solutions regarding my shoulder injury. She answered all my questions and explained all the options thoroughly. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking orthopedic treatment and care.
Dr kasim has always explained my injury and how the healing process is going. And she does so in easy to understand terms.
This was a follow-up visit from last August's shoulder surgery. Everything was right on schedule. Didn't have to wait. I'm so pleased with Dr. Kasim.
Very pleasant Doctor. Very rushed. Waited in the exam room for 25 minutes after appt. time. The issue I am having is more complex, but it is being treated very simplistically. I only made this appointment to obtain some relief. I started this process last September. It has been a frustrating journey as I don't think my issue is a slam dunk, and the business model does not support that scenario.
Dr Kasim is an excellent practitioner at relieving pain. As well, she is friendly and personable!
I was seen on time, and processed by the medical assistant Jocy who was so enjoyable and personable. Jocy was efficient and quick. Dr. Kasim entered the room with a smile and a welcoming greeting. I felt she was sincere in my issue and was very professional. Her transcriber Nick was great, staying a bit longer after Dr. Kasim left to answer a few questions I had.
I have complete confidence in Dr. Kasim. The ongoing care I am receiving for a complicated injury is excellent. I never feel rushed and all my questions are clearly and respectfully answered. Highly recommend Dr. Kasim.
Dr. Kasim was very professional and to the point. She recognizes that both her and the patient's time are valuable and addresses concerns directly. This was my first visit and I was quite impressed. Based on this visit, I would definitely recommend. I have several friends who are either undergoing treatment or have completed treatment and are similarly impressed.
Very prompt and courteous throughout… such a pleasure!!
