Wow. So rude. Called. Couldn't hear the front desk and you can hear the frustration as she couldn't hear me. She sighed multiple times. Then when we could finally hear each other I provided my information then stating reason for my call. She quickly stated you sure it was here and after I said I may of been given the wrong phone number She sighed and hung up. Normally I dont leave this type of a review so quickly. But this was so frustrating and I was given this number. Very unprofessional front staff.

I Saw Dr Ward in his Kingsport office for 6 to 7 years. I am not a doctor shopper or pill seeker. I hung. In for as long as I could, but this practice and Dr Ward is the Worst anyone could go to. Dr Ward and all his staff are more miserable than the people they treat. He threatened me several times about just sending me back to my Primary Care doctor because I would not allow him to inject my spine again.
