I have been coming to this office for a few years and I’m finding it’s getting worse and worse with each visit. The doctor and the nurse practitioner are ok but it’s the whole process before you get them requires a lot of work. The staff and the people that answer the phones need to do a better job. I did a blood test three months ago and I'm still waiting for someone from the clinic to talk to me about my test result for today I called them more than 5 times and no one pays any attention every time I call he tells me we will call you back and he never calls.
The staff is a lot better. They are much nicer. All doctors I’ve seen are very nice and really help you get better. I love ?? Dr Ileana she is the best ??
She is pretty nice but her staff is horrible. I heard a lot of things about other patients that I shouldn’t have heard and I told the doctor. The staff is very rude. I will not see her asst he is very room and doesn’t have good bed side manner. I won’t see him. I’m looking for a new doctor.
Money hungry doctor that pretends to care. You will wait at least an hour to be seen as well. Don't waste your time on this one.
Horrible staff doesn’t care about your health only talks about insurance and money... if you want to stay healthy don’t go here
She’s great, her staff is the one that suck! They refused to provide appointment for my gallbladder pain till maybe 1 month due to doctor being so busy, ended up in ER then they refused to provide follow up appointment because of billing issues that I was not even aware off. They did encourage me and suggested for me to look for new doctor regardless of years seeing dr. Sbaih office staff has just been trash last couple of years. They refused to provide explanation why they refused services.
I like her. She seems very smart and on top of things. She has only given me good advice.
I have been a patient of dr.Sbaih for 5 years and there is always waiting time more then an hour, even if you have an appointment. But today I want to talk about how they screw up my financial life. I was in the office for a lab test and they sent it in the lab that my insurance doesn't cover and after they sent it to the lab covering by my insurance. So, I get 2 results from 2 labs, and of course, I also get a bill that I have to pay over $1100 for their mistake.
