Amazing service, has been taking care of myself and my parents for 15 years
Office manager is a very rude lady and treat you like nothing. My insurance covers 100% of dental service within $2500 but she ask you pay 50% copay every time. When you tell her the insurance coverage policy she didn’t listen to you. Also the dentist charges you the service that insurance is not covered without your permission.
The front desk lady has no bedside manners at all. Poor customer service! I'm not coming back for sure!
Never have met a rude office manager and an unexpecting rude doctor. I do not recommend here. First off, the manager, Karen, is really a Karen. If you know what I mean. She pretends she doesn't know what the the price to anything is, and demands your information first instead of giving information or helping you at all.
