I am appalled by the disgraceful level of customer service I experienced. The behavior I encountered was not just unprofessional—it was outright disrespectful and unacceptable. You once had excellent staff members like Chamille, who understood how to treat clients properly. In stark contrast, the person named “Channel” has no sense of professionalism or basic manners. Dr. Salvati and his team have been incredible to me over the past few years. The level of care they provide is exceptional, and the team is both highly skilled and knowledgeable. Since moving to a new city, I’ve struggled to find a service that compares to what I received from them. Despite the distance, I’m more than happy to make the long commute because it’s absolutely worth it.
Excellent dentist, I will never see another dentist other than Dr. Salvati! Just excellent! I had 3 or 4 root canals with him and I had no pain the next day or after each procedure. Just excellent! My husband had a tooth removed and also had no pain he was good to go immediately..marvelous dentist!
