Dr. Salter is a very compassionate person. She is concerned about you as a person. Dr. Salter is easy to talk with she explains your procedure so you will understand. She will answer your question(s) so you can understand. You will feel relaxed with her.
She did hernia surgery for me recently and two surgeries in past and did a great job, no problems. Great personality and concerned about patients. Would be my choice for surgery again.
Dr. Salter-Blackwell is a loving and caring physician and one of the best in Alabama and probably nationwide. She is dedicated to her patients and treats them with respect and tremendous courtesy. She was very understanding of my fears and comforted me and gave me great peace.
I had surgery 1.5 weeks ago with Dr. Sally Salter. It was/has been a great experience. She is so kind and knowledgeable. I had a Lipoma removed that was lodged under a muscle. The incision was pretty small compared to most research that I conducted. I was able to come off pain medicine within 2 days. She is highly recommended by me
She is beyond wonderful. She took the time to really explain my breast cancer and what was going to happen. I joke that her news was just awful but I felt so much better after seeing her but it's true. She really put me at ease with the whole process. Very professional, knowledgeable and also kind.
Dr.Salter: Outstanding bedside manner. Very informative, she explained everything to me & made me feel very comfortable. I've only had one visit, but she gained my trust.
