I visited Dr. Kapadia clinic with my family. My son and my wife and myself we went in for cleaning after the cleaning was done. The receptionist handed over a sheet of paper asking us to pay a percentage of the work today. I told the receptionist every time I’ve been coming into Dr. Kapadia‘s office and this has been happening for the last two years we have never got charged. I understand the insurance pay a certain amount of percent of the bill, but we never got charged for the rest. I guess the clinic covers the rest. The... read more
Excellent service by Dr. Kapadia. Shagufa did an outstanding thorough cleaning, customer satisfaction 💯 recommended. Sneh at front desk and all staff has been amazing with appointment bookings and reminders. I feel so warm n welcomed at this place. Amazing team!

The receptionist requested an insurance card number before providing any service. This requirement was not communicated at the time of booking, and as this was my first visit, no dental clinic should be claiming insurance prior to delivering treatment. I found the receptionist’s communication to be unprofessional and discourteous, which made the experience very uncomfortable. My friend referred me here and ever since then I’ve been coming here for cleaning and other consult.
