The receptionist requested an insurance card number before providing any service. This requirement was not communicated at the time of booking, and as this was my first visit, no dental clinic should be claiming insurance prior to delivering treatment. I found the receptionist’s communication to be unprofessional and discourteous, which made the experience very uncomfortable. I’ve been coming to Dr. Salim Kapadia’s dental office for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. The hygienist is incredibly detailed and thorough, leaving my teeth feeling spotless and fresh after every Visit. She takes her time to ensure everything is perfect, and Dr. Salim is equally amazing.
