RecommendedI love this office,the only problem I have is that sometimes when I call to make an appt,like today,I get the after hours message when the office is supposed to open at 8 so now I've spent the entirety of my break trying to make an appt for a sick child.

When you have an 8AM appointment and more than an hour later you still have not received the shot you are scheduled to have and the reason you are provided is... “Well Monday’s Wednesday’s and Friday’s are our busiest days”. Then why book the appointments so close together on those days? You know other people have jobs they need to get to.

45 minute Wait? This isn’t urgent care! This is sit and wait for them to call you back then add an additional 25-30 minutes for someone to actually come in the room! Absolutely unacceptable!
RecommendedThe doctors are very thorough and the staff is so kind. They do everything needed to make sure you are taken care of. I come all the way from Marietta just to go to Tanner in Villa Rica.
