the male Dr hector Caceres is horrible!!! forced my daughter to deliver a 10.15oz baby when her female Dr had already planned a c-section. he didn't listen to my child and she and her baby almost died... Men should never be allowed to practice OBGYN services ever!!! our grandson wasn't breathing when born because of the horrible way this Dr treated our daughter. All women that go there hate it when he walks in the room. Most women prefer the nice women Dr there but you don't get to pick and they force this jerk on them. Wome... read more
