Update: Dr. Sandoval is so easy to talk to, unbiased & knowledgeable. I can also tell that she (as the boss lady), promotes good culture within her staff/team. Giovanni, Rosie & Leslie are so very helpful and responsive. They really try their hardest to provide good customer service. I’m aware of the mental health industry & it can get very challenging - so thank you. Your efforts do not go unnoticed.

This doctor refuses to authorize refills—even on medications that you've been taking consistently for well over a year or longer—unless you schedule an appointment every 60 days and waste your time so she can collect more money. So I tried to schedule yet another appointment for a refill and she denied it and had her terrible staff tell me to go to urgent care or another doctor for my medication. She doesn't care if patients have to go without their meds as long as she gets her money. I'm reporting her to the medical board f... read more

I have been seeing Dr. Sandoval for a couple of years now. Unlike some other therapists I have seen, she is very kind, non-judgemental and easy to talk with. My visits to her are always enjoyable and helpful. Her staff is easy going and friendly. I definately would recommend giving her a try if you are looking for a psychiatrist who will work with you as well as for you.
