Dr Sam Arena has wealth of knowledge and experience in his area of practice. He is friendly and easy to talk with. Dr Sam went deeply into my issue and explained very well the treatment available and assessing the risks involved at the same time. The reception desk was very helpful as well. I was even notified that the doctor was running 20 min late before coming to my appointment. Highly recommended.
Dr. Arena was fantastic with both pre-op and post-op care for my daughter's tonsillectomy. So much so, that I have booked in to see him for my other daughter who is having severe ENT issues. I have no doubt that he will be able to help as I have seen first hand how helpful and thorough he is.
I understand that I missed one of my earlier appointments, and I took full responsibility by rescheduling immediately. I waited patiently for nearly a month into what was already a two-month wait, only to be told it would be pushed back another month. Sam Arena identified some issues with my upper respiratory system and recommended septoplasty and turbinate reduction. The surgery went very well and Sam's obvious care and attention shone through. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone who has an ENT issue.
