TERRIBLE!!!!! The waiting room is so tiny people with walkers and wheelchairs CANNOT get in. The staff is condescending. People are herded in and out like cattle. The Doctor came in and spent all of 5 minutes with me and my husband.Immediately scheduled me for surgery but, when on the phone with hospital to get the particulars, was notified it would be $900 up front. I cancelled the surgery. Called for a refund on the up front money we paid him to do the surgery. Was told they would have to cut us a check. BUT the pain got s... read more

I appreciated the doctor took the time to explain his diagnosis and normal anatomy. He was patient in answering our questions. His office staff was courteous. Connie was a calm, thourough nurse who explained all the steps that she and the doctor would be doing. The experience was very good and I will continue to use this doctor.
So the office person on the phone is rude. And not just to me but the caretaker and wife as well. The doctor just took a urine sample and said see you in 2 months. In the meantime my dad went into sepsis and was in hospital. The home health nurse said it was urgent that we get a new urologist appt. called office again and the lady reluctantly didn’t want to speak to me. Told her my dad was just in hospital and he has had several uti’s. She told me she asked the doctor and he had only 1 positive uti and can’t see him before J... read more
Highly not recommended horrible customer service
I had a serious issue, Dr. Frieben fixed it right away. He has a very good bedside manner, easy to talk to.
Very VERY upset with Dr. Frieben’s office. I called this morning after leaving the ER for the second time in one week with a referral to his office for kidney stones. I was told there were multiple small stones in my kidneys and that is why I was in this terrible terrible pain. When I called to set up my appointment the lady that answered the phone said they reviewed my CT scan and saw one stone that basically didn’t exists and there was no way it was causing the pain in my body. Rude staff, they decide if you deserve an appointment or not . The doctor listens to his staff , not the patient . You have to plead to his rude staff & depend on them to relay your issue (which can & mine was) distorted , therefore I was treated horribly & got no answers . The doctor won't talk to you on the phone or call you , unless his staff feels it's important enough. They are not only not doctors, they're rude & uncaring.Terrible experience!
Dr Frieben is the kindest, most concerned, caring, & professional doctor ( Uriologist) I’ve ever had in my 60 + years. He talks medical terms in a way you can understand & treats his patients with great respect. He is truly one of a kind & I’m proud to be one of his patients.
