Excellent. He listens to what you have to ask and explains what is going on. I am needing surgery and he went through everything with me for the surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Palmer
Never see Dr. Palmer after the initial post surgery followup appt. (PA only) Have had clicking in my knee for over a year with swelling (fluid). No explanation and no relief. Getting fluid drained again next month.
Dr Palmer listened intently to my symptoms. He never rushed spending time with me. I believe he sincerely gives his all to the patient. I would highly recommend his expertise and caring ways if you need an Orthopedic surgeon.

Dr Palmer’s friendliness, concern, and expertise is obvious from the moment you meet him. So down to earth and knowledgeable! After being told I needed a joint replacement elsewhere, Dr Palmer performed a thorough exam and assessment of my problem. He concluded I did not need a replacement, but rather a short course of steroids and exercises to correct the cause of my symptoms, ileotibial band syndrome! I’m so happy I found him. My husband and I recently moved and I had excellent doctors at the Cleveland Clinic. I was very leery to try a new doctor. Tina and Dr Taylor took the time to let me thoroughly explain and listen to my history. They actually tailored a treatment plan which far exceeded what I expected.What really stood out was how they went out of their way to make certain I understood all my options. I’m so grateful for their expertise, care, and dedication. I left there feeling I couldn’t have found a better healthcare provider .
The visit went smoothly and professionallly. I saw Ashley today for a yearly follow-up and she gave me options for some changes I was experiencing. We were able to move ahead with my choice. It went well.
