Dr Kretzer was very informative and highly knowledgeable. He has a kind and patient demeanor also. The staff was helpful and efficient.
Dr. Kretzer was FANTASTIC! He explained everything going on with my back, in terms that I understood. He also explained why he was opposed to surgery, and the alternative. I was completely okay with not having back surgery again.

Initial visit for back pain. Dr. Kratzer was very informative about my condition.
Dr Kretzer bd all his staff were wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and listened and answered all of my questions. He was not aggressive about immediately pushing surgery on you. He wanted to try alternatives first.
We immediately liked Dr. Kretzer. He explained everything very well and as a result scheduled surgery. We have every confidence in his ability to improve quality of life. His staff was also very professional and friendly.
Went due to 2 spinal growths in the lumbar spine. One 3mm and the other 5mm. The radiologist did not know for sure what the growths were, but said they could be ependymomas. Dr. Kretzer said they were not, but were schwannomas. Follow up MRI in a year Brianna will setup as they can grow.
What a great doctor. My first visit. I was very impressed. Fast service, staff very kind and helpful.
Dr. Kretzer saw me on time which is extremely appreciated. He took his time examining me, asking questions and answering my questions. He thoroughly explained my MRI in terms I understood, and explained my options. I walked out of my appointment understanding what my issue is, and what my next steps will be.
