I had surgery on my thumb last January. I had surgery on the other hand a few years before. The first surgery went well. I did notice his staff was very cold and rude but filed it away because the surgery was successful. After my most recent surgery, things began to take a turn for the worse with his practice. Not only was his staff rude but were totally unresponsive to any contact.
