I had excruciating hip pain from lifting stuff at work. I couldn’t sleep, it was my outside upper hip. He helped me re activate my muscles and gave me everything to do. I’m relieved of my hip pain and have exercises to do now to strengthen everything. Highly recommend.
I cannot express how awesome Dr Ballent is. I have seen him over the years when different areas of my body need assistance in aliment, strength, and mind/muscle connection. I have taken my husband, and 2 kids as well. Once of my kids is a dancer and has benefited tremendously to adjustments and muscle efficiency. I highly recommend Dr. Ballent.
This guy is amazing!! He is a true miracle worker. He is an hour away from my house, but worth the drive - even in the God awful traffic! He is kind and so knowledgeable, and demonstrates, then emails me exercises to do at home and in the gym to try to stay feeling as great as I do when I leave his office. Thank you, Dr. Ryan - simply the best!
