Every way along the way was positive, except the wait in the waiting room is a little long (30 min.)
I saw Dr. Kitchens inpatient for a stent placement. Dr. Kitchens was nice, explained the procedure and followed-up with me before the end of the day. When I visited her office a couple days later for the stent to be removed I had the worst experience with her nurse. She completely devalued my fear that it would be painful and belittled me until I literally took the stent out myself! I mentioned it to the doctor afterwards but she didn't care. It was an awful experience, but seeing the doctor in the hospital was great care.
Wonderful lady physician. Caring and concerned for her patients. I love her!
