Well they took my money to do a bone graft and then after that was healed said oh your insurance won't cover a implant like we said we could. And on top of that after capping a from tooth after the second time it fell out could not manage to find time to have it reattached, had to find another detist. Beware!!! I liked Dr Noel but his wife was extremely money hungry.
This has to be the worst dental office in Western New York I don't know if they have just dental students working for them or what but the work is the worst that I've ever had none and the staff is very rude. I would not recommend this dental office at all if you care anything about your teeth at all you would find a different provider
I recently had my front crown put on to complete all my Dental Implant procedures. It's been a long road but so so worth the wait and end results. Dr Noel did an amazing job, i am so very happy. I want to thank Dr Noel, Shannon and Iris for being compassionate kind and caring throughout my journey. You made all my visits comfortable and relaxing. I would also like to thank everyone else at AffableCare, they are all wonderful people. I totally recommend AffableCare Dental.
I really appreciate and respect Dr. Noel. I have had lots of work done on my teeth. Dr. Noel is very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate! Dr. Noel always explains what he will be doing. His office staff have great personalities and put you at ease. His office and procedure rooms are modern and very clean. My smile looks great and I am happy with the results of the work Dr. Noel has done!

They are very rude. The dental hygienist told my 21 year old son that his teeth were yellow from smoking and he's never smoked. She repeatedly told him to stop smoking when he kept telling her he never smoked. They're just out for money. My daughter was told she needed 2 wisdom teeth pulled and 2 fillings. She could get the wisdom teeth pulled immediately but had to wait over a year to get 2 fillings. That would be after 2 more cleanings. The work I have done is always excellent, especially when I feel and damage my 2 front teeth. They are willing to work with you on scheduling appointments, and Dr. Noel and his staff guarantee that your experience at their office will be pleasurable. The only drawback is that appointments take a long time to schedule as they are very often booked. I highly recommend it!
I recently had a lower dental bridge put in and i am very very pleased and so very happy with the end result. Dr Noel and his staff did a fantastic job. They always make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you to all of you for being so caring. I highly recommend Dr. Noel and his great staff.
