This Dr is incapable of rendering a service above his pay grade…General dentistry perhaps but providing a well skilled service that requires well fitted dentures no! I am baffled as to how I became an unfortunate consumer of this provider. I am saddened by the outcome and hope this provider may learn from this mistake

I can't say enough about how happy I am with my 5 unit bridge and veneer. Dr. Noel did a perfect job. I am very happy with my teeth now! Dr. Noel was recommended by a fellow worker of mine ( we both work for a dental company, not a Dentist ) so my co-worker knew that I am particularly fussy and with us both working for a dental company we can appreciate great work. My experience with this dental office has been disappointing. The first visit was acceptable, but subsequent interactions were marred by threats to find a new dentist, which occurred on three separate occasions. The first threat was made during a procedure, and I was recently threatened and assaulted by a staff member. The office's behavior is consistently rude, disrespectful, and uncaring, despite being aware of my documented mental health issues. Well they took my money to do a bone graft and then after that was healed said oh your insurance won't cover a implant like we said we could. And on top of that after capping a from tooth after the second time it fell out could not manage to find time to have it reattached, had to find another detist. Beware!!! I liked Dr Noel but his wife was extremely money hungry.

This has to be the worst dental office in Western New York I don't know if they have just dental students working for them or what but the work is the worst that I've ever had none and the staff is very rude. I would not recommend this dental office at all if you care anything about your teeth at all you would find a different provider

I recently had my front crown put on to complete all my Dental Implant procedures. It's been a long road but so so worth the wait and end results. Dr Noel did an amazing job, i am so very happy. I want to thank Dr Noel, Shannon and Iris for being compassionate kind and caring throughout my journey. You made all my visits comfortable and relaxing. I would also like to thank everyone else at AffableCare, they are all wonderful people. I totally recommend AffableCare Dental.

I really appreciate and respect Dr. Noel. I have had lots of work done on my teeth. Dr. Noel is very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate! Dr. Noel always explains what he will be doing. His office staff have great personalities and put you at ease. His office and procedure rooms are modern and very clean. My smile looks great and I am happy with the results of the work Dr. Noel has done!
