if I could give this no stars I would. Almanza was not a very good doctor, long wait and I feel he never understood me and my needs, then this nurse practitioner came in and made fun of my ticks and said I had a bladder infection but I needed my gallbladder taken out haha, and I recently saw her and she said I was taking a medicine I never even filled!!! I am so done with this place
This office is incredibly negligent. Obtained laboratory and never obtained the results until I called asking for it. The assistants are very rude and the wait is long. The billing department has no idea what they are doing! They will charge you incorrectly and HOLD ON TO YOUR MONEY!
Dr almanza is very nice and helpful. His office staff is the worst though. I've had to call at least 6 times to get them to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy. They always say "yeah! Yeah! Ok! I'll give the message to the nurse!" I would call my pharmacy and they still wouldn't have it. The receptionist told me to pray and let God and Jesus help me.
Dr. Ruben Almanza is rude and has no patience to be a doctor. They say they will call you back and never do. Then want to charge you $30 to return your calls. Always passes the buck to the ER doctors and doesn't do anything. If you want a good doctor go some where else.
I was assigned to him. Not very communicative like what I have had with other doctors.
