I started seeing Dr Mack around 10 years ago. I used to hate going to the dentist because my experience was nothing but pain and bills that insurance doesn't cover. When I first went to Dr Mack, I immediately felt like we'd known each other for years. He explained everything and when he's done work he does everything he can to make it as painless as possible. Very friendly office staff with excellent professionalism.
Dr. Mack is amazing at what he does! My boyfriend was so nervous about going to the dentist. He hadn’t been in over 20 years and had multiple cavities. Dr. Mack took the time to explain everything he was doing, reviewed options for his most severe cavity, pulled the tooth (as we had decided to do) and created a treatment plan for the rest of the work my boyfriend needed done. I hadn't been to the dentist for 10 years before I went to see Dr. Mack. His staff and himself were very welcoming. He always explains everything that he is going to do so I understand it and makes me feel super comfortable. Best experience I've had at the dentist.
