Now tha Dr. James Gillespie took Dr. Ross Lumsden place I never get a message nack on the portal and a nurse never calls back. I will never do a procedure at this place if they can not contact me back when I am in extreme pain from being withput my pain med.
I woke up during a surgery, felt extreme pain, got gaslit by the doctor and had to endure it. Traumatizing.
Saw Doctor Lumsden today for a pain block. He was very thorough and courteous throughout the entire process. I was in and out in just over an hour. High marks for the entire staff.
