After my complete knee replacement and in pain for twenty four seven, it's been over a month, trying to get in to see Dr Rosemary Buckle or Nicole not others in her office to explain to her that I feel something is not right in my knee. The girls she has in the front are very rude, and with no compassion on what you're going through. Put in a stryker wrist plate 2009. Now in 2023 the plate destroyed my tendons. Thanks to Dr Chamberlain who removed the plate and fixed my tendons I am back to normal
DrBuckle is a really nice doctor don't get wrong. She replaced my left knee twice in 2020 each time it got infected with sepis.2021 she Operated on my left knee Again infection. She Operated one more time in May 2021 infection ihad to Stay in a rehab center for 43 days the first time was 23 Days in a Rehab center on IV antibiotics now iam facing the possibility of losing part of my leg because the left knee is infected again. If any of you have experience anything like this with this doctor or her staff please speak out
she is a caring individual. calls and checks on her patients. so grateful she is in the community now.

Of all the times my wife and I have been to their office. We have never had a problem with her or her staff. They have always been professional at all times.
Other than being a bit late on appointment times the Binz Location is a great place to visit. Great staff and willing to help in any way they can. Very informative and easy in explaining options.
As soon as I walked into the office, I was greeted with a warm smile and hello. Dr Buckle and her staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, from the beginning of my appointment to the very end. They go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything.
It was a very enjoyable experience. Dr. Buckle and her PA Nicole were very knowledgeable and informative about my knee situation. Her staff were courteous especially Carol. Dr. Buckle has always been a pleasant visit for me.
