Does this general practitioner use current and safe equipment? Yes Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider's office too loud? Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Somewhat, but not enough Did this pediatrician respect your views and opinions on parenting? Kind of, but not enough Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? No, they aren't known for being skillful

Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? Yes, they respected my decision Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly
