Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? Not at all; cheap and plastic Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? Not at all. They encouraged second opinions Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The waiting room didn't have much as far as entertainment for kids went. No TV's or toys, just a few outdated mag... read more

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable or stupid Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Does this general practitioner use current and safe equipment? Yes Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider's office too loud? Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud
