I called this provider after I had been tested positive with Covid. I was trying to reach out for help with my nurse practitioner for help and when I called the front desk it was not a good experience. When they answered their phone after I had told them I had tested positive for Covid the first thing they said in a fearful voice was, "Don't come to the office" I was on the phone, really! Very warm and informative
Everyone was professional, as always. I had a good experience during my appointment.
First, the nursing and office staff are wonderful. And my first visit with Dr. Dulan was OK. But my follow-up appointment was a complete disappointment. The follow-up was for labwork taken two weeks prior to the appointment. I waited for over an hour past my appointment time before being seen by Dr. Dulan Moore (and I had to take off work an hour early so that *I* wasn't late). When she finally came in, it was quite obvious that she hadn't bothered looking at my lab results at any point prior...
