Extremely unprofessional, this is a third world country operation and I don't say that lightly. Scheduling is a joke, the appointment is never at the time they give you because they take 2 hour lunches and close the office so you get to stand out in the blazing sun in a ghetto old shopping mall. The only doctor at this place comes and goes when she wants, regardless of your scheduled appointment and no one tells you for hours. OHHH, she does botox too and tummy stuff, what a HACK!
