As a new, first time homeowner, I was very apprehensive going through the process of replacing our roof. The guys at Dr. Roofer made the process as smooth and easy as possible, with a very competitive price. They had my roof done with in a matter of hours, and we are so incredibly happy with how it came out! If there was an option to give more than 5 stars I certainly would!
I hired Dr. Roofer with the sole aim of fixing a dip in my fascia board. They rewrapped the fascia without fixing the dip and then, after the work was already performed, told me it would be extra to replace some of the underlying wood to fix the issue. The work they did was fine but did not correct the problem. I told the sales person numerous times the only reason I am hiring them is to fix this single issue.
In late April a storm literally blew my roof off. I did not know who to call and I saw Dr. Roofer saw I called and spoke with Jake from Dr. Roofer. He said he would be there in the morning to put a tarp on my exposed roof. He did that and so much more. Where do I begin? Well, to start they were on time to begin the job. Extremely professional and neat, clean g up as the moved through the process of stripping the old roof off. After the installation of the new roof, all debris was cleared from the driveway and yard. I was shown drone images of the roof before and after completion. I’m very happy with my new roof!! Without question, I will be referring the Dr.Roofer team to friends and family needing a new roof!!
