If I could give zero stars I would. The patient care at this office is horrible. You leave multiple messages and no one ever returns your phone call. You are left without medicine for several weeks sometimes a month. Completely unacceptable. We will be changing from this office.
Excellent physician. Detailed examination and review of prior concerns. Clearly describes treatment and is very friendly. I have had any all issues treated effectively.
Dr Nelson is knowledgeable and cares for his patients. Never any issue with him or the staff. I go twice a year due to being on certain meds. Disregard the negative comment of the other reviewer.
He is a “useless doctor” he has “no clue” what’s going on. My hair is no better than it was from when I first went, it’s actually worse! Both of his receptionist are rude. He definitely needs to get nicer people in his office. I truly do not know how he is in business. Make sure you take your insurance card with you or he will “not” see you! He is the Best dr around. He knows exactly what he is doing and he is very knowledgeable about his skin diseases. I Highly recommend him.
