Pleasant intelligent gentleman. He has operated on me several times with success.
It is interesting for me to read people's individual experiences. Dr Burgess may be a man of few words, but I trust him 100%! I work in surgery on occasion with him. He does an amazingly wonderful job with each patient, no matter the complexity. He has my "thumbs up" recommendation!!
I am 70yo male with hand ligament pain needing a simple correction. There is no way in a few words to express all the mistakes (which actually began with the incorrect info that one of the two office workers gave me...the taller lady that can't stay focused as well as one might hope). There were two minor procedures done to correct minor problems...one problem has returned and the other helped but at the expense of creating a new arthritic condition. Not, Not recommending this surgeon ever.
At first I thought Dr Burgess pretty direct. But as the meeting progressed his explained my medical condition and choices to me and my husband in a very friendly and professional way.
Very unprofessional. Definitely not good for hands
