Dr. Mikkelson is well trained, keeps up with continuing professional education, and has a wonderful staff. He is kind and thoughtful, takes an appropriate amount of time to make sure things are working well. Plus - he's funny!

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable

Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Was the waiting area spacious? Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes
