Getting my teeth cleaned with Lavonne is a nonthreatening experience.
I understand the need to send Appointment reminders to your patients. However, it is a bit annoying to get so many of them. I must have gotten about 6 reminders, in both e-mail and text formats, for this one hygienist appointment. One reminder, in one single format, would be sufficient.
I waited 10 minutes for Dr. Barry to come and finish the check-up.
