i have been going here for awhile now since i was very young. but today i will NEVER go here again and i certainly will not refer to anyone to go. they denied my sick daughter a visit because she didn't have the right insurance. even when i told them i would pay them whatever charges. she said no. my daughter is 9 months old. so after waiting 30 min in the small cold waiting room they tell me they cant see her. the staff is slow the doctor doesn't have time to answer my questions or concerns, he comes in and goes out that is... read more

Dr. Lozano is a very good doctor. But his office appearance and staff are low grade. Also, the doctor is not in this office everyday, only Tuesdays. And if you go on the other days you may encounter a rude doctor named K. It's a very disorganized place, and overly crowded. The wait time is ridiculous! Every time I have taken my son there it has taken us 2 hours in total.
The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service.
