It is unfortunate that I am forced to leave a review however; I am extremely disappointed and deeply concerned with my experience with Dr. Rohan Prabhu and, particularly, the lack of appropriate follow up care I received after my wisdom tooth surgery. One of the worst medical experiences of my life. In March 2025, I had a wisdom tooth extraction at this office. At my follow-up visit, the attending-- the so-called 'Doctor' Prabhu used a water irrigation tool that appeared to dislodge the clot, resulting in a painful dry socket. I called the office in extreme pain the next day and was prescribed clindamycin—a high-risk antibiotic—over the phone, without an in-person evaluation, and for what turned out to be no infection at all. I have been under the care of Dr. Rohan Prabhu, having been to his office a number of times in the last few months. He is exceptionally skilled, but also calm and confident. He is an oral surgeon who combines top-tier pedigree and expertise with superior patient care. To put it simply. Dr. Prabhu is the best. He is intelligent, kind, caring, patient, and truly an expert physician and surgeon. His entire team (I wish I could name you all) are the kindest souls, from front desk to nurses to assistants to billing coordinators they are ALL amazing in their roles.
What a great doctor. I had an emergency on a Saturday and this is the only doctor who would see me as a new patient. He was amazing and his staff was so kind. He is the best
